The three goddesses who controlled mortal destiny in Greek mythology were known as the Three Fates. They were Clotho, who spun the thread of each person's life, Lachesis, who determined the length of the person's life by measuring the length of their life thread, and Atropos, who ended a person's life by cutting their life thread with her "abhorred shears."
I don't know why this is in the Christianity category, but you must be referring to the Olympian goddesses Clotho ("spinner," alias Urd), Atropos ("scissors," alias Verdandi), Lachesis ("lots," alias Skuld), the three "Fates" or "Moire", all three are daughters of Zeus and the Titaness Themis. They controlled every mortal life from birth to death.

The three Fates: Clotho, Lachesis, and Atropos.
There is actually three goddesses, the Moirae (or Moerae or Moirai). They are often called the three fates.
It was the "will of Zeus" that the mortal Paris judge between the three goddesses, and chose the fairest according to Homer's version in The Iliad.
The Fates, but depending on which mythology you want to go by, these are the Fates in that mythology. Greek- the Moirae- Clotho (spin life thread); Lachesis (measure thread); Atropos (cut threadl Roman-Parcae-Nona (spin); Decima (measure); Morta (cutter) By the way, they're all female.
The Three Fates were the goddesses of time of life. One of them spun your thread of life, an other one measured it, and when you die, the last one cuts your "life line". So in short, they control when you are born, how long you live, and when you die.
