A female president is referred to as a "president" just like a male president. The title "president" is a gender-neutral term used to denote the leader of a country or organization, regardless of the individual's gender. In some cases, the term "madam president" may be used to specifically address or refer to a female president.

Well, heh, since there has never been a woman president (YET), and the spouse of a man president is called the First Lady, I'm guessing the answer would be First Man. Something along the lines of that.

first gentalman We don't know yet. It has never happened, so the need for a title hasn't been necessary. There has been speculation, but 'First Man' doesn't seem quite right. Perhaps 'First Gentleman' would be a bit more on point.
