No; the only requirement is that you be a citizen at least 25 years old, who is a resident of your state. Bear in mind that when the Constitution was approved in 1787, a college degree was a pretty rare thing. Of course, back then, education actually MEANT something. College today is a joke, a waste of time and money. Even in 1960, a high school diploma was a better proof of education than a masters degree is today.

Constitution, Article 1, Section. 2.

The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States, and the Electors in each State shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch of the State Legislature.

No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen.

Even though a lot of our congress people are lawyers you don't have to have a college education to be a congress person. There are NO education qualifications for congress or office.
