Article 1 of the United States Constitution sets up the legislative branch of the government, which is the United States Congress. It is a bicameral legislature made up of the House of Representatives and the Senate.
It limits congressional power that the powers Congress are to exercise are exclusively those specifically provided for in Article I. This has been interpreted to mean that Congress, and only Congress, is vested with the legislative power.

No types of inferior courts are listed in the US Constitution. The Constitution sets up the Supreme Court in Article III but leaves it to Congress to set up other inferior courts as it sees fit. In addition to the Article III power to create inferior courts, Article I also empowers Congress to create tribunals inferior to the Supreme Court but likewise does not describe what type they might be.
