Times and world situations change in unforeseen ways -- there must be a way

to adjust and move with the times and that calls for amendments. For example, giving women the right to vote- -when the constitution was written, men wrote it and even giving men the right to vote for their highest leader was a radical idea --virtually

no one even gave a thought about whether women should be allowed to vote, but times changed and the constitution was changed.
