My answer: I actually think its Erebus, or Erebos to others. Throughout the Greek tales, he has been referred to as Hades and Tartarus, though all 3 are different gods. He is the personification of shadow and darkness itself. He is also the son of Chaos. His sister is Nyx, goddess of night, who is also his wife.
