There have been many ancient Egyptian kings--though they were called Pharaohs, which basically means 'House of Worship' or something along those lines--and queens. So I'll only name a handful:
One of the earliest Pharaohs was named Pepy, though his weak rule meant starvation for many peasants. Some very famous ones were Ramesses the Great, who constructed many awe-inspiring monuments in his honour, and his father Seti the First. Ramesses' beloved wife was called Nefertari. There was Akhenaton, the crazed sun-deity worshipping king, though his people despised him and his wife Neferititi. Then there were Tutankhamun, often said the most famous of all, whose tomb was one of only two to be found un-robbed. He was Akhenaton's son-in-law. There were even cases of woman pharaohs, like in the case of Hatshepsut.

A Pharaoh was a ruler in Ancient Egypt. Usually the kings were thought to be of divine power, descended from the gods and able to converse with them. Some famous Pharaohs include King Tutankhamen, Ramses, and Ptolemy.

Valley of the Kings is a valley in Egypt where the Pharaohs were buried in ancient Egypt.
Many of the ancient Egyptian pharaohs have now achieved "household name" status, such as Tutankhamun the "boy King", Hatshepsut the "female pharaoh", Akhenaten the "heretic" king, Ramesses II "the great",
The Pharaoh is the name that the Ancient Egyptians called their king, just as the Russians called their ruler the Czar. The word "pharaoh" is from an ancient Egyptian word meaning "great house".

Most Pharaohs were males but in some cases, there were female pharaohs including Cleopatra and Hatshepsut.

I know that some were but i don't know how many. I imagine most were not including the females of course. Because the Pharaohs were depicted as Gods in mortal bodies. Ancient Egyptians did not call their kings pharaohs. The term was begun by Greeks and other non-Egyptians but was later adopted by the Egyptians. IT's hard to say when the Egyptians adopted it but a guess would be somewhere after 800 BC.
If you're asking about the Israelite people, the answer is yes, for a couple of centuries while they sojourned in Egypt they were subject to the rule of the Egyptian Pharaohs (Genesis ch.39, through Exodus ch.12).If you're asking about the ancient land of Israel (Canaan), the answer is a qualified yes, since the Egyptian Pharaohs had military garrisons in the Land of Canaan for some time, during the era of the Israelite (Hebrew) Patriarchs.
