As boxer Muhammad Ali (formerly Cassius Clay) noted, the Vietnamese had never attacked or discriminated against him, so he didn't believe black people should go to war against the Vietnamese. Many black people still felt the US was discriminating against them, and that they did not have equal rights or equal opportunity. Thus, while many black citizens wanted to be patriotic, they were not convinced this was the right war for the US to fight-- a view also shared by many white people; and they also wondered if once again, as in past wars, black troops would distinguish themselves in battle and then come home to the same old racism.

Memory foam is one of the best inventions ever, but it can make you very hot. Before spending a lot of money on a memory foam mattress you may want to try a memory foam mattress topper. We have a 3 inch one and love it. During the hotter months we just store it under the mattress.
