AFAIK: Poland, Czechoslovakia, Norway, Denmark, Hungary (when it tried to switch over to the Allies) Finland (same as Hungary) France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Britain, the Soviet Union, Yugoslavia, Greece, Italy (when it switched sides to join the Allies, Germany took control of northern Italy), Egypt, and Luxembourg.
