The "war to end all wars" was supposedly what is referred to as the first world war, or WWI. It is obviously not the case that WWI ended wars. This phrase, or something like it, started with H.G. Wells, I believe.
Yes world war 1 was suppose to put an end to all wars.
Throughout history there have been too many wars to list here--wars rage on to this very day.
Hundreds of thousands of wars have occurred. It does not make sense to list them all. One of the Related Links below tries to list all wars from 1816-2007, which is a tiny fraction of all of the wars in the history of mankind and is still an incredible number of pages.

Throughout history almost every country has had its civil wars.
It would be impossible to count all of the wars from all the different cities, states and continents of the world through out mankind history, if you were to ask about wars in modern history then it would not be so much.
Yes. It's impossible to list all 180 billion star systems in the Star Wars galaxy.
That's a matter of opinion
That probably would not be possible, as many wars were fought BEFORE recorded history. If they weren't recorded, no one knows about them. The Trojan War is one example. Historians are still trying to determine if the war actually happened or not, since it was mentioned in a story that may have been fictionalized.
There were over 100 wars in the Middle East in the 20th century alone. To list them all (for all 6500 years of habitation) would be impossible.
They will be on more than one page
Star Wars one and every other one after that
