There have been arguements about whether Hitler was a vegetarian-he did believe that meat eating was harmful to humanity (perhaps true?) but whether he carried it out is uncertain.
As to what else he ate he obviously would try to keep to food that was German (and non-ethnic) in nature-not that it would be completely possible to do so, fish being the most obvious example. Food would be unlikely to be rationed for him.
He had his own cook, but more as a matter of convenience than because of fear of poisoning, which was not a risk that occupied him greatly.
