He used many different kinds of people (I'm not trying to be offensive by saying kinds, sorry if I offend anyone). He basically used anyone with out of the ordinary characteristics. Some examples were dwarfs, giants, hanchbacks, and twins. He was mainly interested in twins. They were the perfect research specimens for him. Fraternal twins had similar genes, and identical twins had the exact same ones. Thus, he could see how the twins' bodies reacted to different things. He conducted many tests on these twins who were usually little children. He would often to X-rays and blood tests. If the child was too young, he would draw blood from the neck instead of arm, which would be incredibly painful. Mengele was rumored to have killed some children this way because they bled to death. He also was fascinated with the possibility of trying to change their hair and eye color. He would use eye drops or shots with dye to try to change their eye color. Imagine how painful getting a shot in your eye would be.
The main people he tested on were the Jews, twins and dwarfs.
Maybe I'm not getting this question right but i think you're referring to the studies made on twins in the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp by Joseph Mengele. He took special interest in twins and performed various experiments on them, one example of these experiments was sewing twin couples hands togheter to create cojoined twins. If you look up Joseph Mengele I'm sure you will find more extensive information about these experiments.

A literacy test was an 'intelligence' test that was administered to black people trying to vote. The question on it were aimed at white people, things like presidencies and, generally things that would be awkward for someone of different culture to answer. Even if any black people passed, they would usually get beaten up or even lynched if they tried to vote. It was a lose-lose situation.

Because they where identical having the same scientific setups; this way he could have a perfect control and test subject for his experiments.
The Angel of Death was not an event, but a person - Dr. Josef Mengele, general physician at Auschwitz-Birkenau. He performed many cruel and inhuman experiments during his time there, including: -Making a lampshade from human skin -Using radiation to sterilize (make Jewish persons unable to reproduce) -Shooting prisoners to test the effects of various clotting solutions -Severing limbs to see if he could successfully reattach them ...And many more. Mengele died in a drowning accident in 1979 in Brazil, where he had fled after being extradited by Germany.

There really isn't a need to conduct a test to answer this question. There isn't even a problem to test for or a hypothesis to test, so there is no need to perform any kind of test for this question.
