The allies of Britain were the Triple Entente. These consisted of; France,The British Empire (Britain, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, India and others) Russia.
All of the above fought against the Triple Alliance of Germany, Austria-Hungary (the Ottoman Empire) & Italy
At the begining of World War 1 Germany, Austria-Hungry, and Italy had a secret allianc. Britain, France, and Russa we allies also but they were not secret. When the war was about to begin, Italy dropped out from their alliance with Germany and Austria-Hungry. The United States didn't come into the war until the end when land was at stake. I believe it was Texas.
A good video that includes the alliances and the causes of World War 1 is:

I hope this helped.
Enemies: All of the Allied Powers Allies: All of Central Powers
The Triple Alliance - Germany, Austria-Hungary & Italy. The Triple Entente - Great Britain, France & Russia.
Turkey sided with Germany.
Who were the first allies in world war 1?
The German allies in WWI were Italy (For a short while, till they joined Great Britain and France), Bulgaria, Turkey (Or the Ottoman Empire) and Austria-Hungary.
The Allied powers took heavy losses on the Gallipoli Peninsula during WWI.
Fighting stopped on the Western Front (WWI) on that day. An armistice was signed by the Germans and the Allies at Compiegne (in a railway carriage).
Most significantly, WWI came to an ending with a truce on November 11, 1918, at 11 in the morning. It was an allied victory (Allies = United States, Britain, Canada, Belgium, etc)
The Allies won WWI because they outlasted the Central Powers. We must remember that the Central Powers fought a two-front war for practically the entire duration of the war. Resources were thin near the end, so they had to call it quits.
WWII and WWI, I think
After the US joined WWI, the allies had the forces they need to triumph. The axis powers fell and the war ended.
The Americans helped the Allies by sending resources to them during WWI.
Stalin, and it WWII, not WWI. In WWI, Italy was against Germany.
$30,000,000,000 for damage cost at the end of WWI
They were part of the allies in WWI. They surrendered in WWII.
Yes because they are both part of the Allied Forces in WWI and in WWII.
The difference was that after we joined the Allies in WWI is that after we joined the allies finally outnumbered the Central Powers(Austro-Hungary, and Germany.)
The Treaty of Versailles was a peace treaty between the Allies and Central Powers to end WWI. And which put virtually all the blame of WWI on Germany.
Germany was hated after WWI. By and large they had no allies. This, by the way, was in large part what led eventually to WWII. There is a lesson here.
In WWI, Japan fought on the side of the western Allies, i.e. Britian, France, Russia, USA etc.
Italy joined the Allies during WWI, but no Axis Power joined the Allies during WWII.
