It depends on how you define "divorce"

King Henry VIII of England married his brother's widow, Catherine of Aragon in 1509 and the marriage was annulled in 1536 on the grounds that the marriage had never been lawful. He had married Anne Boleyn some months BEFORE this annulment.

He married his fourth wife, Anne of Cleves on 6th January 1540 and this marriage was anulled on 9th July 1540.
