The Thirty Years' War was fought in Europe and so the counties involved were Sweden, France, Denmark, Norway, Bohemia, England and the Netherlands (or Dutch Republic). Also involved were several states such as the Electorate of Saxony, Electoral Palatinate, Brandenburg-Prussia, Duchy of Brunswick-Luneburg and the Principality of Transylvania - a vassal state of the Ottoman Empire.
