There are many things sacred in Greek mythology. Each god had a sacred animal, tree, city, etc. Athena's sacred city was Athens, her tree the olive tree, and her bird the owl. Zeus's sacred bird was the eagle, and his city Crete. His oracle was Dodona. Hera's sacred animal was the cow and her bird the peacock. Aphrodite's city was Cythera, and her bird the dove. Apollo's oracle was Delphi. All young animals were sacred to Artemis. Ares's animal was the boar. Poseidon's sacred animal was the horse, etc.

Well, Eris in Greek mythology, is the goddess of Chaos, Discord, and Strife. It has never been said what Eris' sacred animal would be, but I think it would be something along the lines of a snake or a fox.
The peacock is one of Hera's symbols. The cow and the peacock were sacred to Hera. She did not turn into one, however.
Mount Olympus
They are the symbols for the Greek god of war.
There isn't one in Greek Mythology.
