What congressional district is Antioch Ca?

Antioch is in the 10th Congressional District. We currently don't have anyone in that seat because Ellen Tauscher left it to be the Undersecretary of State for Arms Control and International Security. There is supposed to be a special election in November to fill the seat. See this site. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/California's_10th_congressional_district
