The requirement for a person to become president is that they must have been born in the US or, if outside the US, of an US citizen parent. An example is John McCain, born in Panama, whose mother was a US citizen.

Anyone who is born in the United States, is 35 years old and has lived in the US for 14 years can run for President. Getting on the ballot is a little bit difficult since you have to file a separate petition in every state. Of course, only one person is elected every four years.

Not anyone. Each country that has a president will have some form of legislation that sets out the qualifications for being president
