Dr. Abdul Qadir Khan is the founder of Pakistani nuclear program. He established Dr. AQ Khan lab which successfully tested nuclear weapon in 1998. Dr. Qadir was sacked by former President Pervaiz Musharraf a few years back but he is still respected and honored by almost all Pakistanis for his services for Pakistan.
