How can the US have a better functioning legislature?

Laws are an indication, of a total Lack of FAITH. Any one who comprehends the Scriptures; Is Totally Aware of that! For the promise, that he should be heir to the world was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith. For if they which are of the law be heir FAITH is made VOID, and the promise made of none effect. Because the law worketh wrath; For where no law is, there is no transgretion. [ROMANS 4:13-14-15.] What shall we say then? That the Gentiles which followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of FAITH. But israel, which followed after the LAW of righteousness, hath not attained to the LAW of righteousness. Wherefore? Because they sought it NOT by FAITH, but as it were by the works of the LAW. For they stumbled at that stumblingstone: [ROMANS 9:30-31-32.] Without faith man can do nothing. A vote for government; is a vote to perpetuate failure. Israel failed, a thing I know; because The Bible tells me so! The did it for they practiced law; that which Creator, mutch abhore.
