The Constitution requires that at least one half of the members of Congress be present in order to vote on a bill. Without that amount, a vote cannot be held.
Congress has a total of 433 members. There is currently, a total of 78 members of Congress that are minorities.
The truth is I really don't know how many members of the congress there are that's why I'm asking.
