Citizens have little or no role in the government.
In some Latin American nations, despite democratic frameworks, people often had limited voice in government due to factors like entrenched elites, political corruption, and systemic inequality. Many governments were dominated by powerful political and economic interests that marginalized the voices of ordinary citizens. Additionally, issues such as weak institutions, lack of political education, and suppression of dissent often stifled genuine democratic participation, leading to disillusionment with the electoral process. As a result, many citizens felt that their needs and opinions were overlooked in favor of maintaining the status quo.
It is true that because of the system of free enterprises, citizens enjoy many advantages. Free enterprise is also known as capitalism. It is an economic system where the individuals in the economy have the freedom to create business with little government intervention.
Oh honey, that's an easy one. We're talking about good ol' dictatorship, where one person or a small group of elites call all the shots while the rest of the population just has to sit back and deal with it. It's like a bad game of Simon Says, except there's no winning and definitely no democracy.

education affects the government because people need the basis education in order to make good decisions about the economy and government and if there is little or bad education the government won't be stable
A government that makes all of the decisions and consumer choices are given little attention is an authoritarian government. Communism is just one type of authoritarian government. This is a characteristic of communism, as opposed to capitalism. The drawback to the communist system of government, as usually applied, is that the consumer is subject to the decisions of the government, and therefore to the needs of the populace as a whole. This does not give the individual much control over the type of goods that he is provided. This is more precisely a command economy, which used to be practiced as "communism" in the Soviet Union.
There's a government there? I thought it was just a little country with a lot of sweaty people walking around to get to nowhere.
