The sleeping Mexican is considered racist most of the time since, it mostly means that Mexicans are lazy. Even though some people might look at it in a positive way, such as a Mexican sleeping from hard working day, most won't look at it positively.

So that each presidential candidate could hold that over their heads and get all the black people's vote by claiming "when I'm president, black people will own land". Nah, that's just the way today is. Back then, ownership was power and so giving land would be like offering up a piece of America to the black people. Voting is more of a rouse. It's intangible and chances were, they would just vote for whomever they were told to do so. As with the first thing I said though, that would be suicide back then for any white candidate because the racist south would lynch him before on the very podium he campaigned from.

Many different races live in China, and there are hundreds of different dialects of languages spoken in China. China is not the most racist country, not even close.
