If you want to be more specific, the first amendment protects the individual's right to freedom of speech, religion, and to question the government's authority by petitioning and assembling peaceful protests. There is no amendment that gives any "rights" to a religion, except that the freedom to pursue a religion shall not be infringed. You might be thinking of Amendment I, i.e. the first.
