The people are the power of the government. The government is for the people and by the people. The U.S constitution was the biggest law that was ever made

"We the people" is the subject of the sentence, and thus the authority that is ordaining and establishing. So basically, we did it. The republican government has many flaws.

A constitution is a document that lays out the highest level of rules involved in forming a government. A good one will provide a framework for the government while at the some time protecting the rights of the constituents. In the United States there is a national constitution and each state has a constitution.
