You're going to have to be more specific than that. There were two George Bush's in the office, George H.W. Bush in 1989-1993 and George W. Bush from 2000-2008. If you're talking about George W. Bush, then the answer is below.

He did many things. He lowered taxes, he raised spending, he helped co-ordinate relief efforts for 9/11 and Hurricane Katrina, he signed No Child Left Behind, he started the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and he signed the PATRIOT Act, among other things.

It depends on which George Bush you are referring to and which office. George H.W. Bush was President of the United States between 1989 and 1993 and Vice President of the United States between 1981 and 1989. George W. Bush was President between 2001 and 2009 and Governor of Texas before that.

INvaded Iraq & Afghanistan.

Implemented tax cuts (killed the budget)

Finished the deregulation process which caused the 2008 financial breakdown.

Made waterboarding legal.

Established foreign prisons.

If you have something more specific let me know, so I can give you an answer that suits you better. He obviously did a lot more than that.

George W. Bush signed the "No Child Left Behind" bill, and invaded Iraq but found no weapons of mass destruction. He invaded Afghanistan after the 9/11 attack.
