Democrats are usually said to be for the middle class or lower class working individuals and families. While the Republican party is for the upper class. Many may argue that this has not been the case in recent years, as the Democrat party continues to raise both taxes and expenses for use on unnecessary spending. However, the Democratic party does have some strong points being; welfare assistance to those with lower incomes, affordable health care, and affordable housing.
