Considering that whoever/whatever needs to be able to read this in order to respond, presumably they would be either human or a very intelligent primate/dolphin.
In my social group, I think that I am a sentient being with the ability to think and imagine. It is possible that I am simply a molecule in another world that is so huge that I cannot even imagine it. Or, I may not exist at all, but simply am hallucinating every aspect of life. Great question, by the way!
