Right to be informed
Freedom of speech means you are entitled to voice whatever you want to say. However, freedom of speech does not give you the right to anything without consequences to the law ie. if you defame, libel, lie or threaten anyone there are laws to prevent that, which is in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights article number 19 which states that every human being has the right to express their opinions and ideas without hindrance. You can't threaten someones life and cite free speech. You can't agitate or incite violence or threaten the government according to the constitution. It is said with the right to free speech there comes a responsibility.
