When a single authoritarian party controls the political system and the government owns most property and directs the majority of economic activity, it is a communism. Communist countries include China, Cuba, and Vietnam.
If the government needs private property for its own use, they should give fair market value to the owner of the property. The property owner can also give the government an easement agreement to the property and still retain ownership.
hm. Technically communism can mean government ownership of all property, but in theory, the people are the government and everything is equal. That seems about right but you may want to look into it more
They took the land and made it government property.
There are two components to this. 1. The Federal Acquisition Regulation at 45.101 gives you the definition of Equipment: A tangible item that is functionally complete for its intended purpose, durable, nonexpendable, and needed for performance of a contract. Equipment is not intended for sale, and does not ordinarily lose its identity or become a component part of another article when put into use. Equipment does not include material, real property, special test equipment or special tooling. 2. The Federal Acquisition Regulation at FAR 45.101 gives you the definition of Government Furnished Property: Property in the possession of, or directly acquired by, the Government and subsequently furnished to the contractor for performance of a contract. Government furnished property includes, but is not limited to, spares and property furnished for repair, maintenance, overhaul, or modification. Government-furnished property also includes contractor acquired property if the contractor-acquired property is a deliverable under a cost contract when accepted by the Government for continued use under the contract.
Communist ideology is a political and economic theory advocating for a classless society where the means of production are owned and controlled by the community as a whole. It emphasizes the elimination of private property and the redistribution of wealth to achieve equality among individuals.
Political slavery doesn't exist. Economic slavery does. One reason political slavery doesn't exist is the people in the government can change the government. Slaves are property and are owned by someone.
John Locke is associated with liberalism because his political philosophy emphasized individual rights, natural rights, and the social contract. He argued for limited government, representative democracy, and the protection of private property. Locke's ideas had a significant influence on the development of classical liberal thought and the democratic principles that form the foundation of liberal political ideology.
There are two political systems that come to mind. The first is feudalism and the second is communism.

Communism is the political system where the government takes all of the land and redistributes it equally.

Patriarchal ideology refers to a system of social organization where men hold primary power and dominate in roles of political leadership, moral authority, social privilege, and control of property. This traditional belief system reinforces gender inequality and discrimination against women by perpetuating the idea that men are superior to women.
The right to own property was, rightly, regarded as the cornerstone of liberty. Owning property makes a person independent of others. If you are dependent on somebody else for your living and financial well being then your ability to exercise political freedom is circumscribed. Owning property also gives people a stake in society and a greater interest in public policy. Thus it encourages the public oversight of government necessary for the maintainence of free institutions. Michael Montagne

Government property includes material, equipment, special tooling, special test equipment, and real property. Government property does not include intellectual property and software. This is repeated in 52.245-1
