As far as I understand he didn't belong to a political party, and what party he would belong to would depend on what country you are in, but if he did have a political affiliation he would be on the far right with the people who believe that a single entity should rule over all.
He was a Democratic-Republican, one of the founders in 1792. The party later split (in 1824) to form the Democratic Party and the Whig Party.
The Supreme Court Justice one Clarence Thomas has been accused of being very partisan in the past. Most of his decisions and judgment shows that he supports the Republican Party.
