To date, only four US Presidents had first names beginning with a vowel, and coincidentally, three of them served consecutively: Abraham Lincoln, Andrew Johnson, and Ulysses Grant. The other was Andrew Jackson.

Andrew Jackson, Abraham Lincoln, Andrew Johnson and Ulysses Grant. Grant was named Hiram Ulysses, but dropped the Hiram after he went to West Point.
