What are the symbols for the Judicial, Executive, and Legislative Branch of government?
It is in the judicial branch. Article 3 of the Constitution vests the judicial power of the new government in the US Supreme Court. Article 3 goes on to authorize Congress to create other lower courts, like trial and appeals courts, as it sees fit.
The idea is that each of 3 branches has the power to exert some degree of restraint on the other 2 branches, so that if something goes wrong in the government, there is a way that it can be corrected. This principle is formally known as "checks and balances".
In theory the separation of powers, which is interwoven into the constitutional fabric. there are three principle branches- the Legislative, which makes the laws, the executive, which carries them out- including the presidency, and the Judicial. There are overlaps and checks and balances familiar to all students of PAD ( problems of Americ an Democracy) The interlocks work like- well certain powers are denied to the states ( coining money, for example) states are not supposed to have border taxes for interstate commerce ( but, in practice they have tolls on tunnels and bridges which have the same effect) automobiles are still ( at this writing) licensed by individual states, but aircraft, ships and radios ( including amateur and CB sets) are federal. so it goes. there are a number of overlaps- I have mentioned the fact that border taxes are not only illegal but unconstitutional, but this is rationalized as maintenance fees on Bridges and tunnels- which often cross state lines! so it goes.
we have a government from staying out of anarchy which means total chaos. we need laws to keep everyone in line or else every thing goes wrong.

no because it goes to all 3 branches
Because if you gave all the power to the President, then he could just pass any law. If you have the 3 branches, then, they can it goes through all the branches and they decide if the President is being selfish. Also, the Congress can (if best for the people and so forth), kick the President out!

The government of the United States is designed to have three separate branches, known as the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches. Each operates independently of the others, although they can influence the other branches, which is a system known as "checks and balances". If one branch goes astray, the other two can correct it. But they are still independent branches. The President is the head of the Executive branch, and the House and Senate constitute Congress, the Legislative branch. Hence, the President does not have duties in the House and Senate (although the vice President is empowered to break ties in the Senate).

The highest law of the land in the Philippines is the Constitution. It serves as the supreme law that governs the country and outlines the framework for the government, the rights of the citizens, and the division of powers between different branches of government. Any law or government action that goes against the Constitution can be challenged and declared unconstitutional by the judiciary.
