Currently all States in the USA allow women to vote.

Wyoming was the first state to give women a right to vote.

But the first state to give the ability to vote to women was New Jersey. This may actually have been the result of an oversight in the wording of an 18th century law. By 1807, the "flaw" in the wording of the law had been recognized, and the ability to vote was taken away from women along with a number of other groups of people, including blacks. We don't always move forward.
