All persons born or naturalized in the United States enjoy full right. This was done to protect the rights of freed slaves and minorities after the Civil War, bit it applies equally to all Americans. This amendment also made certain rules concerning the southern states after the Civil War.

The 13th admendment freed the slaves, the 14th admendment made all Black people citizens and the 15th admendement gave Black people the right to vote. Oh I forgot to tell you that must of these admendment was not enforced by Congress or most states until the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
