The USS Arizona was the US naval battleship sunk during the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. The vessel remains in Pearl Harbor, on the island of O'ahu, west of Honolulu, as a memorial to the attack and to the 1,177 men who died. The memorial includes a museum, two theaters, a bookstore, and exhibits commemorating the attack.
