George W. and Laura Bush have fraternal twin daughters, Jenna Bush Hager and Barbara Bush.

No president has ever been a twin himself, although the man who lost the closest election (by popular vote) in our nation's history (1880), General Winfield Scott Hancock of Pennsylvania, had an identical twin brother named Hilary Baker Hancock. General Hancock was a hero of Gettysburg, and the Major General responsible for carrying out the executions of the co-conspirators to the Lincoln assassination. H.B. Hancock, Esq. was an alcoholic who moved to Minneapolis to practice law. He died a lifelong bachelor who left no heir in 1908, 22 years after his more famous doppleganger, who had missed being the 20th president by fewer than 9,000 of the 9 million votes cast, or a tenth of one-percent!

AnswerI find no record that there ever was a US President that was a twin. The only connection I have found is that President Bush has twin daughters.
