The people of the U.S. are the source of all government power. If we (as a group) don't like the way things are being run, we will vote in a way that will change it. Countries have been known to be torn apart when the unhappiness of the people, the realsource of power in a country, has risen to a point that they take up arms against their government. It's called revolution, and history is full of examples.
