Unfortunately, it is unclear what the term "free six" means. Searching it up yields no results so that is not very helpful. There is not even the slightest clue online of what it means and it is not exactly a common term.

"Aligarchy" would be "rule by others"; this is not a common term. You probably mean "oligarchy," would be "rule by the few."

Usually it means democracy or "power to the people." Note: The U.S. is not a democracy but is a republic. This a common misconception.
