Franklin D. Roosevelt was the 32nd President of the United States serving from

He was the longest serving President of the United States and led the US through World War II which started in 1939, but in which the US would stay neutral for 2 more years. Roosevelt was born January 30, 1882 in Hyde Park, New York and died April 12, 1945 in Warm Springs, Georgia.
