JCPenney still honors this warranty. Most associates are not aware of these products and they will probably need to research the procedures for processing the reimbursement, but the company still recognizes the warranty. For this reason, it may be wise to call in advance. What you will need to do is purchase the same tool from a different manufacturer and bring the receipt in to a Penney's location. From there, they will reimburse you the cost of the new tool.

I went to a J C Penny store over 2 weeks ago. The employees were very nice. The manager had to research the information. As of now 2-22-2021 I have not received any response. The manager had not heard from anyone as of 2-15-2021. I'm going to try again tomorrow. Is there any other way to get items replaced.
