There is no office of this name, though the Senate does have a President Pro Tempore who presides in the absence of the Vice-President, or while he shall be exercising the office of President.

The Supreme Court doesn't use the titles President and Vice-President. The head of the Court is called the Chief Justice; the other eight are called Associate Justices.

Although there is no official second-in-command, if anything were to happen to the sitting Chief Justice, the most senior Associate Justice would fill the Chief Justice's position until a replacement could be found, or until the commissioned Chief Justice was able to return to the bench.

Although constitutionally he is the president of the senate, his primary role is as a tie breaker. The Vice President also presides over the joint session of Congress when it convenes to count the votes of the Electoral College.
