Samatar baxnaan was the one of the greatest poet in all time. He was born Buuhoodle Somalia. He grew up Heegaale city which is 50 mile south from Buuhoodle. Samatar Baxnaan was from Reer Hagar tribe, the most powerful tribe in Northern Somalia. He was the most respect poet in Somalia. He dead in 1998 in Heegaale city at age of 97.
