Article 4, Section 2, Clause 1 of the United States Constitution: "The citizens of each state shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities of citizens in the several states." Basically this requires states to treat citizens of other states equally.

Article 4, Section 2, Clause 1, prevents another state from lowering or removing the rights of citizens from another state.The wording of it is: "The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States."
An example of entitlement is freedom of speech in the United States. Freedom of speech is a right citizens are entitled to.
You would only lose the rights you had in what ever states.
A passport is issued only to Citizens of the United States, Naturalized citizens and natural born. IF your child is a US citizen by birth or by naturalization they they are entitled to receive a US passport.
