The Titans didn't have "powers" but were rather personified concepts, like the later gods.

The primary 12, the main antagonists in the Titanomachy, were (with what they personified):
Kronos (Cronus) - the sky and heavens.
Rhea - fertility and motherhood
Hyperion - light (as opposed to darkness)
Theia - sight and the brightness of the sky
Okeaonos (Oceanus) - the sea that surrounded the earth and the source of all water
Tethys - fresh water, springs, rivers and clouds (because: rain)
Koios (Coeus) - Intellect; he was also the axis around which the heavens revolved
Phoibe (Phoebe) - Also intellect, but really genius and prophecy
Mnemosyne - Memory; she was the mother of the Muses
Themis - Law and Order
Kreios (Creus) - Events in the sky
Iapetos (Iapetus) - mortality

Additionally, there were others; usually they were the offspring of the other 12. They were:
Asteria - oracles and falling stars
Astraios (Astreus) - dusk, stars, planets and Astrology/astronomy
Atlas - mountains
Aura - breezes and the cool air of the early morningClymene - fame and infamy
Dione - trees, particularly oaks, including the Oak of Dodona, which gave prophecy.
Helios - the sun (The greeks still use this word for Sun)
Selene - the moon (the Greeks still use this word for Moon).
Eos - dawn
Epimetheus - afterthought, excuses and mistakes
Prometheus - forethought and craftiness; he created men.
Eurybia - mastery of the seas
Eurynome - pastures and water-meadows; mother of the Charities by Zeus
Lelantos - air and the ability to stalk prey
Leto - Motherhood; the mother of Apollo and Artemis by Zeus
Menoitios (Menoetius) - Anger and rash action
Metis - good counsel, advice and planning
Ophion - An early personification of the Cosmos
Pallas - the art of making war
Perses - destruction
Styx - hatred

I hope this information is helpful.
