The ancient Egyptian civilisation had knowledge of the wheel only in some applications: the potter's wheel (hieroglyphs nHp or qd) and apparently a round stone or drum used for measuring linear distance.

No wheeled vehicles, carts, barrows or any other form of transport were used until the Late Period when such things were introduced by the Greeks and Romans.

So no, there were no wheelbarrows.

As far as I know, every post-Neolithic civilization has made use of the wheel. So, yes, they did have wheels.
