Very good question. Well, i have just recently learned how Ancient Greece is different. Firstly, it is a totally different country and Greece has many different... um strategies you could say than Mesopotamia. Sorry that's all i got.
Mesopotamia was the first known civilization. Egyptians also believed in different gods and godesses, and they also had different beliefs in how the world was created. Also, Mesopotamia was located in between the Tigris and Euphrates rivers, while Egypt was located on the Nile river. Though Mesopotamia did not have a pharaoh they did have a king and a social order just like Egypt.
It was built upon the mountains which helped through protection while other civiliztions were built upon water
