There is no ACTUAL proof of Greek Mythology, but people have claimed to see Medusa slithering by, bits and piece's of Zeus' Lighting Bolt, A blue owl that belonged to Athena, horses with water all in their body, and reports of seeing men with one eye. People who have made it out of the Bermuda Triangle, swear they have seen monsters such as Nereids, Sirens, Drychabyrds, Medusa like creature. That is also why the Bermuta Triangle in Greek is "The Sea of Monsters". So it actually ties it together. But it all matters in your own opinion. I personaly belive them because i had the stranges experince today. After i got cut up by a thorn bush, i took a shower and prayed to Poseidon to heal my wounds, and sure enough, my cuts closed.
I hope i helped.
I have had a similar experience! I am a Hellenistic, and that is someone who believes in "Greek mythology", and have been ever since 5th grade.(i am now in 8th) Last year in PE i cut myself with the hockey stick because it had a rip in it so there was a split. I prayed to Zeus to heal it, because it was HUGE. I mean it hurt like hell. I tried not to pay attention to it. And surely after PE, about 20 minutes later. It was gone! Like nothing ever happened! I mean a cut on my arm that was about, hmm maybe 2 inches? about, was gone! in 20 minutes! I was amazed. I knew Zeus had helped me and from that moment on I constantly prayed to show my faith.
I had one more experience, this year in fact. My girlfriend broke up with me. I loved her so much and I didnt want to lose her. I prayed to Aphrodite to make her love me again. And sure enough, that very day, she said she wanted to get back together. And here I am, 3 months later, still with her.

Athena did not die on any day. In Greek mythology Athena was a immortal goddess.
There does not appear to be any evidence that the monsters in Greek Mythology have their own language. The myths were written in Greek, so their words would have been presented as being in Greek.
