Hindu Mythology does not name a specific king of gods. There are 7 higher worlds of which the highest, the satyaloka, is ruled by Brahma. So he can be called the king of gods. But he must be named with Shiva and Visnu, together completing the Trimurthi.

So basically, the highest among the gods are the Trimurthi: Brahma (the creator), Vishnu (the protector) and Shiva (the destroyer).
