Apparently the capital of Atlantis was Atlantis. The earliest known discussion of Atlantis is in Plato's writings, essentially for the purpose of contrasting it with the city-state of Athens.

However, since Plato's works are in the Public Domain by now, if you want to write your own story about Atlantis and call its capital city Georgis, no one can stop you.

Plato mentions the continent of Atlantis, which was supposed to be west of the Mediterranean, "the size of Libya and Asia" - Which means the size of North Africa and the Middle East. Plato does NOT name any towns or internal divisions such as as wards, boulevards in Atlantis. he also gives it a circular city plan that would be a sitting target for siege warfare.
